The service is good, but the room are outdated and sub-par. The lighting is awful in there, so getting ready is a bit tricky (if you need to put make-up on) - though it's not as much of an issue in the large suite. The bed was pretty comfortable. Convenient location to Davensport. Overpriced, which is common for the area in September/October.

Reception personnel very nice, the room was ready when we got there even though we got there a little earlier than expected. Room was cleaned, and their breakfast amazing, I was surprised by them having ice coffee, and oatmilk.

Reserved a room here for two nights and got no sleep on either of them. For starters, the beds are hard as a rock. Secondly, the place is just LOUD. On our second night, the guests above our room checked in around 1am and it sounded like they were having a house party upstairs. Now before you say “if you’re on the ground level, you’re going to hear things” this was an unexpected level of noise. I’ve lived in a first level apartment before and I sure never heard my upstairs neighbors peeing in their toilets. You can hear EVERY word, and footsteps sound like the ceiling is going to come crashing in. 10/10 would not recommend this hotel.

Last room at the inn, literally. No other rooms are available for 50 miles around. Congratulations to Grace Concepcion for her finding us a room even after calling around to 18 different properties. She saved our bacon when a last-minute cancellation called. Thanks again, Grace, for your wonderful assistance and service. You are a credit to the Marriott organization.

Stayed here while at a wedding in Massachusetts and we had a great time! The suites are lovely but the staff and service truly set it apart! The team went above and beyond to ensure that we had a safe and comfortable stay when we had some crazy travel mishaps. Would 100% recommend this property and we plan on staying again!

I have been living here at Residence Inn by Marriott for two (2) months now. The 1 and 2 bedroom units have been conftable and the friendly staff diligent. I heard Marijuana users also get kickout for breaking the smoking policy. We saw the cops from a far and were impressed. Smokers Do have a place to do that outside the rooms. Overall we are confable here but its not for the faint of hearts. Also, there are no real amenities. like a real pool, game room. a tiny gym is there thats it. the bare minimum.

Comfy and clean but handicapped room is kind of hard to get into with a wheelchair since it's under a staircase. Fold out bed is not comfortable (as expected but it is what it is). Air conditioner turning on and off woke me up a lot. I actually would stay again though.
